WTS DATASET Terms of Use

1) Subject to the user's compliance with this Terms of Use, users may access, copy, use, modify, and disclose this dataset (hereinafter “WTS Dataset”) only for academic research purposes (hereinafter “Usage License”). Any direct or indirect commercial use of this WTS Datasetunder this Usage License is NOT allowed.

2) The disclosure of this WTS Dataset in your research is only allowed for demonstration in academic publications and presentations. The original property holder‘s name (Woven by Toyota, Inc.) of this WTS Dataset is necessary to be indicated in your publications or presentations.

3) Any distribution of this WTS Dataset whether in its original form, modified, or combined with another dataset is NOT allowed.

4) Woven by Toyota, Inc. shall not be liable to users for any losses, expenses, and damages caused by using this WTS Dataset. All users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless any individuals who participated in the data collection and Woven by Toyota, Inc., and its officers, employees, and agents, individually and collectively.

5) Any use that is not in line with the above terms will cancel the Usage License and users should permanently remove the WTS Dataset and any derivative works of the WTS Dataset from their environment.

WTS DATASET Privacy Notice

This Woven Traffic Safety Dataset (“WTS Dataset”) project is being undertaken by Woven by Toyota, Inc. (“Woven by Toyota”) under consignment from Toyota Motor Corporation (collectively, “we” or “us”). In this Privacy Notice (“Notice”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain from you when you request access to WTS Dataset or use and interact with our website. Your use of our website and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Notice and the WTS Dataset Terms of Use.
